Starting at €150 Per Night, 2 guests (minimum 2 nights)

MID Season

Starting at €180 Per Night, 2 guests (minimum 2 nights)

From 01st of March until 30th of April.

High Season

€200 Per Night, 2 guests (minimum 3 nights): 01st of May to 30th of June, and September.

€250 Per Night, 2 guests (minimum 3 nights): July and August.

House Rules & Conditions

Our home can accommodate a total of 4 adult guests plus a crib for 1 child until 3 years old. The price is per night for 2 guests and for any additional guest there is a fee of €20 per night, per guest. If you would like to bring your pet there is an extra-fee of 20€ per week to cover any additional cleaning service.

We live next doors and we try to maintain our space as sacred as possible to enjoy the sounds of nature around us, that is why we ask of guests to be aware of noise levels and quiet hours from 11pm until 7am. No parties or events allowed. No fire or barbecues allowed as we live in a nature environment. No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes allowed inside the house. Commercial photography and filming not allowed without owners permission.

Check-in after 3pm and check-out before 11am.

There’s a €200 deposit fee, payed in cash at check-in, that will be returned at check-out entirely if there is no damage to the property. There's also a mandatory tourist fee by Portuguese law to be paid in cash upon check-in. The amount is: 2€/per guest/per night - from March to October; 1€/per guest/per night - the rest of the year. You only pay the first 7 nights.

There are 200 meters of an unpaved gravel road leading to our place, make sure you have an appropriate vehicle to reach us. The outdoor space is shared with the family living here and 2 dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Great Dane), make sure you're comfortable.
